According to CSA victimologists, biological men under age 18 who have sex (including “sexual contact,” e.g., Melissa and her “victim”) with adult women at least 4-5 years older are “traumatized,” devastated, and “scarred for life.” And the harm is more intense, the “trauma” and “scars” wider and deeper and more crippling and disfiguring, if the woman is a teacher. Theoretically, irrespective of the facts and circumstances, the disparity in age between adult and “child” that “scars” the “victim” is rendered more traumatic and devastating by her power and authority, even though, in reality as opposed to theory, Melissa’s “victim” had all the power.

And thus everything bad that happens to them from then on is blamed on their sexual victimization as “children” and “little boys”: a history and record of violence and criminality, especially acts of rape and sexual assault, alcoholism, drug-addiction, “sex-addiction,” divorce, failed relationships, impotence, depression, mental illness, suicide, attempted suicide, thoughts of suicide, etc., all misfortunes and maladies that afflict only persons who were raped and/or otherwise sexually-assaulted, especially as children, including young men under age 18 who were “raped” and “molested” by adult females, especially teachers.

Of males who suffer from the maladies and misfortunes above, what percentage had sex with adult women as young men under age 18 and what percentage did not have sex with adult females? The answer to this question -99%(?) who did not and 1%(?) who did have sex with adult women- overwhelmingly refutes the dogmas and theories and fantasies of CSA victimologists. And even if men who did have sex with adult women as young men under age 18 suffer or did suffer from any of these and other maladies and misfortunes, there’s absolutely no reason to assume that all or any of this is or was an effect of having sex with an adult female months or years or even decades ago, surely not in most instances, and surely not the only or primary cause. But facts, no matter how simple and obvious and irrefutable, don’t matter to CSA victimologists.

And thus I’m certain that his lawyers and various “experts” hired by the defense attributed the murder and its causative motives and mental states to his sexual victimization by Melissa. Perhaps this resulted in an indulgent sentence, so he’s now free to rape and/or murder again. And if free, he can go online and visit the sex-offender registries of Ohio and Wisconsin which disclose Melissa’s address and possibly visit her some warm summer night -not merely to “hump” her and force her to touch his penis but also to rape and murder her?

Grand Rapids, MI -The 15-year-old victim of sexual assault by Catholic school tutor Abigail Simon is 18 now and has filed a lawsuit seeking at least $25,000 from Simon, the private school system, the diocese and several administrators.

The now 18-year-old graduate of Catholic Central High School is represented by Detroit-based Ven Johnson -a so-called “super lawyer” and one-time partner of Geofrey Fieger…

Johnson says the goal of the suit is to bring the diocese out of the dark-ages” when it comes to the sexual abuse of students, including male students, by staff or teachers. “You cannot do this to children and pretend not to notice,” Johnson said, adding that in such cases as these the Catholic Church has tried to “ignore them and sweep them under the rug.” (An allusion to the “priestly pedophilia scandal” and mass-hysteria of the 1990s, M.K.)

The suit alleges the school district and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Grand Rapids did know and or should have known about the six-month sexual liaison between the teen and the $50,000 per-year athletic tutor in 2013.

The new lawsuit accuses Simon…of battery and emotional distress as a result of her criminal actions. “Simon’s conduct in this case is so outrageous in character, and so extreme in degree, as to go beyond all possible limits of decency and is to be regarded as atrocious and utterly intolerable in a civilized community,” the suit opines.

The 18-year-old star athlete in high school was briefly on the roster for a MAC conference university until Johnson says he was forced to drop out due to anxiety, depression, psychological pain and suffering, freight and shock and embarrassment, humiliation and mortification. The suit claims that the teen has diminished earning capacity as a result of his trauma. “It absolutely screws up these young people,” Johnson said. (Barton Deiters, “Teen sex assault victim files lawsuit against tutor, Catholic schools, diocese,” mlive.com., 12-2-2015.

Is he a liar, willing to say anything -no matter how execrable, ludicrous, idiotic, deranged, outrageous, chimerical, grossly exaggerated, demonstrably false- to win a case. Or does he actually believe this nonsense, this grotesque, howling, psychotic nonsense, the title of a post in which I quote Harris Mirkin.

If so, he’s psychotic, totally delusional, completely impervious to and estranged from objective reality, as are all CSA victimologists, and the tens of millions of people they’ve indoctrinated, in respect to all liaisons between young men under age 16 or even 18 and adult women at least 4-5 years older, factually consensual sex in which the “victim” is often if not usually the aggressor and initiator of his phantasmal and theoretical “victimization, which may well have been true in this case even if Abigail is lying about his forcing himself on her. And MRAs, the misogynist vermin of the soi-disant “men’s movement,” who are obsessed with adult women, especially teachers, “raping” young men under age 18, and the millions of men and who knows how many women they’ve poisoned with their toxic melange of woman-hatred and mindless egalitarianism.

“Simon’s conduct in this case is so outrageous in character, and so extreme in degree, as to go beyond all possible limits of decency and is to be regarded as atrocious and utterly intolerable in a civilized community,” the suit opines.

This lawsuit would be risible if it weren’t so hateful and pernicious, so outrageous, atrocious, intolerable, and extreme in its lies and delusions, so inimical to honesty, realism, decency, fairness.

Johnson lives in Detroit, not in the city, I’m sure, but rather in a mansion in one of the most affluent suburbs. The headline from Forbes: “America’s Most Dangerous Cities: Detroit Can’t Shake NO. 1 Spot.” To quote from the article’s first sentence, “…the Motor City once again tops Forbes’ list of America’s Most Dangerous Cities. (Daniel Fisher, 10-29-2015.)

I checked out the crime statistics for Detroit at citydata.com:

In 2006, there were 418 murders, 593 rapes, 7240 robberies, 13,143 assaults, 18,134 burglaries, 21,287 thefts, and 22,917 auto thefts. In 2012, there were 386 murders, 441 rapes, 4843 robberies, and 9341 assaults. In 2013, the last year for crime statistics, there were 316 murders, 618 rapes, 4774 robberies, and 8796 assaults.

In Flint, Abigail’s “home town” apparently, pop. 99,763, there were 63 murders, 108 rapes, 673 robberies, and 1930 assaults in 2012. In 2013, there were 48 murders, 145 rapes, 447 robberies, and 1267 assaults.

In Grand Rapids, the city in which she committed her abhorrent and unspeakable crimes and was sentenced to 8-25 years in prison and a lifetime of sex offender registration and electronic parole monitoring, there were 16 murders, 46 rapes, 462 robberies, and 941 assaults in 2012. In 2013, there were 17 murders, 82 rapes, 471 robberies, and 756 assaults.

And “civilization” came to an end in Michigan in 2013 when Abigail had a love affair with a biological man of 15 -assuming she’s lying about his raping and terrorizing her- whose pleasure, realization of his “fantasy,” and love for Abigail were turned into a nightmare by the law and criminal justice system. And the media.

  • “Hateful” not only in inducing hatred of Abigail that might endanger her life both in prison and when and if she’s released but also as deserving the hatred and contempt of those who aren’t CSA victimologists, their myrmidons and votaries in the mass- media, law, politics, education, etc., and the tens of millions of  people in the United States alone, females more than males sans MRAs, the misogynist zealots of the soi-disant “men’s movement,” they’ve poisoned and propagandized.

At least I’m not the only one still living in the real world as opposed to the fantasy world of CSA victimologists, the mass-media and its “experts” and pundits and “talking-heads,” MRAs, and the tens of millions of people they’ve brainwashed in full or essentially. Or terrorized and browbeat into silence or affected concurrence? John Derbyshire states the facts and notes the obvious and tells the truth as to how biological men ages 13-17 react to and experience acts of coitus and fellatio with adult women and especially those as ravishing and voluptuous as Debra Lafave:

Miscreant of the month: Debra Lafave, the 25-year-0ld Florida schoolteacher who was charged with sexual molestation for having got intimate with a 14-year-old student. Now, Miss Lafave did a wrong thing, no doubt, and should be…booted out of the teaching profession for good. Still, there was something distinctly odd about the news coverage of the story. What was odd was, the constant implication -I don’t recall anyone having the nerve to say it out loud, but it was there in all the coverage, just under the surface -that this was just like a 25-year-old male teacher doing the same thing to a 14-year-old female student.

Well, I’m sorry, but it isn’t. Not only is the Lafave case  not just like that, it isn’t anything like that. Ms. Lafave is a very pretty young woman. I was a 14-year-old boy myself once. It was a while ago, but I can still remember what it felt like. I would have been thrilled to be seduced by Ms. Lafave, and I would have been the envy of my peers. I would go so far to say that it is the sweetest dream of every red-blooded 14-year-old boy to be seduced by an attractive older woman.

That doesn’t make Ms. Lafave’s actions right, of course, and I am not apologizing for her. It does, though, at least in my mind, cast deep suspicion on claims by (among others) the boy’s parents that he was “traumatized” by the experience. Believe me, gentle reader, there are 14-year-old boys all over America yearning to be so “traumatized.”

That we use the same words -“assault,” “molestation,” even “rape”- for the advances made by a 25-year-old on a 14-year-old male, as we would use for similar advances by a 25-year-old male on a 14-year-0ld female, just shows what a mess we have got ourselves into on the sexual-equality front. Men are not women, and women are not men. That is, of course, a politically-incorrect statement. Gaze on it while you can: soon it will be illegal to utter it. (John Derbyshire, NRO Diary, March 2006.)

One should note that in most of these cases the woman isn’t even guilty of seduction. Either the “victim” was the aggressor and initiator or their sexual union could be described as a mutual coming together, more spontaneous than calculating for both partners.

First, he gets to have sex with an adult woman, attractive and desirable (most who don’t hate her would even say pretty, including me) if not ravishing and beautiful like Debra Lafave and Pamela Rogers and Mary Letourneau, acts of coitus and fellatio(?) that he enjoyed far more than she did if their intrigue was factually as opposed to legally consensual. And if he forced himself on her, his experience was still pleasurable, perhaps even more so, while her’s was that of pain and fright, perhaps even terror, and debasement.

And even if she’s lying about his raping and terrorizing her, it’s just as likely as not if not more likely that she’s telling the truth about his being the aggressor. And now he wants to get paid for his pleasure, compensated for sex that he enjoyed, obviously far more than she did, whatever occurred exactly, and probably initiated.

And if she’s telling the truth about his raping her and controlling her life by threats and intimidation, explicit and implicit, then he’s suing as a “victim” of the woman he victimized.

The imprimatur and espousal of such lies and idiocies and fantasies and absurdities (as described by Carol Tavris, Rind et al., and Harris Mirkin) by our ruling elites and governing-classes explain why Abigail Simon was charged with a felony that carried a maximum sentence of 25-years to life in prison, convicted at trial, and sentenced to 8-25 years in prison and a lifetime of draconian/Orwellian persecution.

First, Tavris: In Michigan, in respect to adult-adolescent sex, the magical age is 16 unless the adult is in a position of authority over the “minor.” So Abigail’s “victim,” being 15, had “no sexual feelings of any kind” and was “incapable of wishing to have sexual relations.” Ergo, his “sexual relations” with Abigail were “oppressive, traumatic, and coerced.” And so, too, were the hundreds of  emails and text-messages they exchanged, even if he was the initiator and aggressor, with Abigail reacting to his fussilade of emails and text-messages rather than vice-versa to satiate and gratify and placate him, masturbating at his compuer or in a restroon at school or wherever,  so he wouldn’t harass her in person and implore her for sex or even assault and molest her. And, obviously, he was aroused by and enjoyed the sex and messages, loving and lascivious, feelings which are inconceivable, according to the surreal and psychotic theories of CSA victimologists, and thus a result of “false consciousness,” since he had “no sexual feeling of any kind” and was “incapable of wishing to have sexual relations” as he initiated or assented to sex with Abigail and masturbated, daily, who know how many times, whether or not he was reading her emails and text-messages.

And that’s assuming she’s lying and that he didn’t rape and bully and terrorize and manipulae her. But even if he was the aggressor and initiatory, which is more than likely and entirely plausible, even if he raped and bullied and terrorized and manipulated her, even if he “controlled her life” by violence and intimidation or threats of violence and intimidation, explicit and implicit, real or imagined, CSA victimogists and the millions of people they’re inculcated would still argue and believe that he had “no sexual feelings of any kind” and was “incapable of wishing to have sexual relations” with the woman he sexually assaulted, physically, and otherwise assailed and harassed with a fusillade of hundreds of salacious emails and text messages to which she responded to indulge his fantasies and satiate his desires, onanistically, rather than physically, by words rather than her body.

Every day, every month, every year, for decades, how many rapes and gang-rapes are committed by biological man under age 16 in the US and worldwide in all nations and on all continents? The answer is millions. But according to CSA victimologists,, psychotics who live in a fantasy world, these rapists have “no sexual feelings of any kind” and are “incapable of wishing to have sexual relations”! And, for some CSA victimolgists, this is even true of 16- and 17-year-olds!

Unlike the scientific, apolitical, non-ideological Rind et al. study, Harris Mirkin’s notorious article (for which he almost lost his job at the University of Missouri-Kansas City) is full of leftist nonsense, fashionable and unfashionable. Nevertheless, surprisingly for a leftist, he accurately describes the bizarre and pernicious dogmas of CSA victimologists:

In the same way as adolescents are merged with little children, all sexual activity is equated with violent or coerced activity. Issues of control in the sexual area are treated differently from those in other areas. Pubescents and adolescents are usually thought of as hard to control, and attempts to mold their behavior and initiate them into legal and enjoyable adult activities are considered valuable. However, in the sexual area these assumptions are reversed. It is asserted that they are easily controlled, and they are conceptualized as little children who have no sexual desire of their own and can only be passive victims. According to the dominant formulas the youth are always seduced. They are never considered partners or initiators or willing participants even if they are the hustlers.

It is argued that they cannot give consent, that they cannot enjoy sex even if they think that they do, and that they suffer physical and psychological harm even if they are not aware of it. Contradictory symptoms (like heightened or reduced sexual desire) are attributed to childhood sexual experiences. All future evils will be attributed to past experiences of child abuse, while all future good things that are done will be attributed to overcoming the effects of child abuse, incest, or molestations…Moreover, harmful effects that come from social attitudes toward intergenerational sex are confounded with harmful effects that come from the acts themselves. (Harris Mirkin, “The Patterns of Sexual Politics: Feminism, Homosexuality, and Pedophilia,” ipecweb/Library, 6-6-2003, p. 9.)

What he means, I assume, is that “harmful effects” that putatively “come from the acts themselves” actually “come from social attitudes toward intergenerational sex,” i.e., the dogmas of CSA victimology that he describes in the quoted paragraphs.

Carol Tavris briefly summarizes, satirically with the phrase “we all know,” a dogma of the “child sexual abuse industry”: “Teenagers, whom we all know have no sexual feelings of any kind until they are 16 (at which time they magically become mature adults) are incapable of wishing to have sexual relations, so if they do have sexual relations before age 16, said relations must be oppressive, traumatic, and coerced.” (Carol Tavris, “The Uproar Over Sexual Abuse Research and its Findings,” Society, May/June 2000, p. 15.)

Tavris is wrong about one detail. For most CSA victimologists, the magical age is now 18 and was so when she wrote this in the year 2000. To quote Rind et al. in The Skeptical Inquirer

…Who is a “child”? CSA came to include any kind of sexual encounter between a minor under age eighteen and someone five or more years older. And what is “abuse”? Victimologists began with rape and incest, but then stretched definitions of CSA to include non-contact episodes (e.g., flashing), sex between children of differing ages, and episodes of mature adolescents willingly participating in sex with older teens or adults. Yet they maintained that all these encounters were traumatizing, using dramatic analogies such as slavery, head-on car crashes, being mauled by a dog, and torture to convey their belief about CSA’s nature.(“The Condemned Meta-Analysis on Child Sexual Abuse: Good Science and Long-Overdue Skepticism,” The Skeptical Inquirer, July/August 2001, 68-72.)

CSA victimologists and those they’ve inculcated believe that “(a) CSA causes harm, (b) the harm is pervasive in the population of persons with a history of CSA, (c) this harm is likely to be intense, and (d) CSA is an equivalent experience for boys and girls in terms of its widespread and intensely negative effects (emphasis added). The media has created “the image that CSA produces intensely negative effects for all its victims” and “some have attempted to explain much or all of adult psychopathology as a consequence of CSA.”  (Bruce Rind, Robert Bauserman, and Philip Tromovitch, “A Meta-Analytic of Assumed Properties of Child Sexual Abuse Using College Samples,” Psychological Bulletin, 1998, Vol. 124, p. 22.)

For debunking such idiocies in their infamous study, for telling the truth and stating the facts and noting the obvious and living in the real world, Rind et al. were unanimously condemned by the United States Congress. Yes, there was not one dissenter, not one heretic! Differentiating between pubescents under age 18 and young children and between males and females -e.g., contrasting the incestual rape of a 5-year-old girl with “the willing sexual involvement of a mature 15-year-old adolescent boy with an unrelated adult…(Rind, p. 23.)”- was “perhaps the researchers most inflammatory finding (Tavris).”

CSA victimologists on the right as well as the left were outraged by their contention that biological men under age 18 are innately different from adolescent girls and thus far more likely to react positively to sexual encounters with adults of both sexes -with Dr. Laura and her ilk viewing this distinction as insidiously condoning the pervasive abuse and exploitation of underage male teenagers by adult homosexuals.

Fantasies of Traumatization

"traumatization", traumatized, women as rapists

Do CSA victimologists believe that young men under age 16 or 18 are “traumatized” and “scarred for life” by having sex with adolescent girls of comparable age. What of the tens of millions of people they’ve vitiated with their theories and assertions, uncorroborated and chimerical and unknown to everyone until just recently in historical terms, as to how biological men under age 16 or even 18 are “traumatized” and “scarred for life” by penetrating adult women in factually consensual relationships.

Obviously, love affairs between underage adolescents, heterosexual or homosexual, can be hurtful, e.g, the pain of rejection, of “unrequited love,” “broken hearts” and “hurt feelings,” etc., exactly as they are for adults. But such is a result of an affair that is ended by one of the partners, or a marriage that ends in divorce with adult males and females, and not of the sex in-itself.

I’m not a woman and have never been an adolescent girl. But in contrast to young men under age 18 and their simple and single-minded lusts, one can understand, without experiencing, the ambivalence of young women, especially those under statutory age, their reluctance to submit to pressure from a male and acquiesce to coitus given the unequal nature of penile-vaginal penetration both in respect to bodily sensations, pleasurable (invariably and intensely so for males) and painful (often and only for women), and the fear of an unwanted pregnancy, which often happens. And think of all the sexually disparate emotional/psychological ramifications. And physical effects if the girl is impregnated. One can understand, without direct experience, how they might feel “dirty,” “used,” abused, exploited, mortified, etc., by the sex alone. One can understand why they are far more likely than males to feel a sense of “guilt” and “shame” even if they weren’t raised to believe that sex outside of marriage is “sinful” and immoral.

But how many people would argue that both actors in such love affairs and romances and dalliances and “one-night stands,” males and females, are “traumatized” and “scarred for life,” invariably and irremediably, by the sex alone? And for males who have sex with females, any hurt or harm is a result of a love affair which ends in rejection and perhaps humiliation, not of the sex in-itself.

Who would argue that young men of 15 and 16 are “victims” for having sex with young women of 16 and 17, especially if they’re the aggressors and initiators and are much bigger and stronger and more sexually-experienced, much less “victims” of rape” and “child sexual abuse.” Who would argue that young men under age 16 or even 18 can’t assent to or initiate sex, willingly and knowingly, with adolescent girls under age 16 or 18.

Who would argue that 17-year old biological men, absurdly defined as “children” and even “little boys” and conflated with prepubescent girls, are “traumatized” and “scarred for life” by consenting to or initiating sex with “adult” females of 18 or 19? “Traumatized” by the sex, not the relationship.

CSA victimologists believe that young men under age 16 or 18 are “victims” who are “traumatized” and “scarred for life” because of an “imbalance of power” in adult-“child” relationships. The “victim” is damaged, profoundly and permanently, not by the sex alone, which by itself is the same as sex between underage adolescents, but by the sex in interaction with the relationship. But for the relationship and “imbalance of power” to be “traumatizing” the adult must be at least 4-5 years older than the “child.”

Underage teenagers are invariably and profoundly harmed for life not because they’re “children” per se but because they’re “children” who have sex with adults who are sufficiently (at least 4-5 years) or significantly older, and thus far more powerful in theory and by definition, irrespective of the facts and circumstances.

Consequently, the sex is invariably and inherently “nonconsensual,” “abusive,” “coercive,” exploitative, “traumatizing,” tantamount to “rape” and often defined as such or as “sexual assault,”even if the “victims” are much bigger and stronger and were the aggressors and initiators and even if they’re criminals and delinquents who’ve committed violent and other mala in se crimes and whom their de jure “victimizers” fear, justifiably, rationally, understandably.

In theory and by definition, a biological men under age 16 or 18 can’t consent to or initiate sex, willingly and knowingly, with an adult female who is at least 4-5 years older. And he can’t actually enjoy the sex even if he falsely believes that he does and is exultant rather than devastated, and is a “victim” of “rape” and “sexual assault” who is “traumatized” even if he’s totally unaware of his “victimization” and experiences his putative “traumatization” as exhilarating, gratifying, empowering.

And this “imbalance of power” and resultant “traumatization is exacerbated, the “scares” are wider and deeper and more crippling (emotionally) and disfiguring (metaphorically), if the adult woman is in a position of authority. He’s “traumatized” not only by an “imbalance of power” based on a disparity of age but also an “imbalance of power” based on the woman’s position of authority, irrespective of the facts and circumstances, even if he’s the aggressor and initiator and/or the woman doesn’t use her power and authority to coerce and manipulate him into engaging in “unwanted sex.”

But exactly how does the woman being an adult and at least 4-5 years older magically render the sex traumatizing? The magical age-disparity of 4-5 years is totally arbitrary, subjective, purely theoretical, empirically uncorroborated, and far less crucial than sundry other variables: intrinsic sexual differentiation, physically and psychologically, penetration, sex and strength, testosterone, aggressiveness, the propensity for violence and criminality, who fears whom, who was the aggressor and initiator and who was the passive and receptive actor. Precisely how does an affair that is deeply fulfilling and sex acts that are supremely pleasurable, as everyone would concede if the actors are two adults of 18 or 19, mysteriously and magically become “traumatizing” if the male is under 16 or even 18 and the female is at least 4-5 years older?

And how does the woman being in a position of authority magically render the sex even more traumatizing even if the “victim” was the aggressor and initiator and/or she didn’t misuse her authority to coerce and manipulate her “victim” into engaging in “unwanted sex”?
